When you’re ready to work with us, please review the information below carefully and complete the following homework:

First, Complete the Seller Questionnaire.

We will reach out to you using your preferred contact method within 24 hours after submitting.

Review the following documents:

Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure

Broker Seller Disclosure

Wiring Fraud Advisory Notice

Seller Property Disclosure

Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement

You do not need to sign them now, you will receive these documents for electronic signature after we've decided to work together.

Review the Estimated Closing Costs.

Note that this chart is intended to provide an initial estimate only of potential costs related to a residential real estate transaction and may vary based on your individual transaction, vendor, and potential concessions. These are estimates only and the final costs should be discussed with and will be determined by your title company. 

Interview and hire a title company.

Generally, title companies cost between $500-$750. Our recommendations can be found on our Real Estate Resources page.

Let us know the title company you have chosen.

Decide whether you will provide a home warranty to a buyer if they ask for one.

Or if you would like to provide a home warranty to potential buyers as part of the listing package. Information from our preferred vendor can be found within this America’s Preferred Home Warranty Brochure. Their base price for a single family home is $465, with a $100 deductible.  

Make two sets of all house keys for us.
